Administrator Login Level

All menu functions and no restrictions.

Coordinators Login Level

There is a Coord and a Coord2 login level. The only difference for these two levels is the menus can be different for each. This is typically used for coordinators of the younger versus older age groups. The coordinators for the younger age groups may be able to create teams and assign the players to teams but not for the older age groups, as this may be a more sensitive area and left to the administrator. Another use for the coord2 login level is to give certain coordinators access to the evaluation system but not the coord login level.

The Coord login level has access to the following:

  • Player administration
  • Team administration
  • Coach administration
  • Assign coaches to a team
  • Assign players to a team
  • Sending player emails
  • Sending coach/manager emails
  • Sending team lists to coaches/managers
  • Sending medical reports to coaches/managers
  • Volunteer List
Payments Login Level

The Payments Login Level (Treasurer) has access to the following:

  • Registration Payments
  • Payments List (to excel)
  • Payments Detail list with CC info (to excel)
  • Credit Card Payments List
  • Cheque Payments List
  • Donation List
  • Event Registration Administration
  • Tournament Registration Administration
  • Paid Variance List
  • Refund List (to excel)
Head Coach Login Level

The Headcoach Login Level has access to the following (unless the menu option has been removed):

  • Event Registration Administration (creating their own events if they wish)
  • Player Evaluations
  • Player Evaluation List
Coach Login Level

The Coach Login Level has access to the following:

  • Coach/Scout Administration (coaches personal record only)
  • Team List
  • Coach's Excel Team List
  • Show My Teams (allows a coach to view their team and player records. Also allows the coach to make changes to the players phone, email, jersey #’s, rank. The coach can also view evaluation records and add coach evaluations.)
Events Login Level

The Event Login Level has only one menu option but can do the following:

  • Create events or forms.
  • Edit the entered event information
  • Generate event/form based excel spread sheets
  • Send mass email to those who have filled out the event/form
Tournaments Login Level

The Tournament Login Level has only one menu option but can do the following:

  • Create tournaments.
  • Edit the entered event information
  • Generate tournament based excel spread sheets
  • Send mass email to those who have filled out the tournaments.
Note: As every club is not the same, the menus can be customized to suit your specific needs.
